Many of the ideas for the dishes we serve on the Waffle’s menu have their origins in the American heartland, and the Diners, Truck Stops and Coffee Shops that line our highways and interstates.

While many dishes are authentic, others are new dishes inspired by the ingredients and flavors of traditional American homestyle cooking, and executed exclusively by Chef Scooter. 

The Waffle prides itself in maintaining strong relationships with local purveyors and makes every effort to support sustainable and organic farming  practices to preserve both flavor and the environment throughout a very unique menu.
